FANS of innovative electronic music can watch a star of the genre at work.
Harvey Bainbridge, former bass player with Hawkwind, will bring a sci-fi-themed evening of music to Slaithwaite in February.
The influential musician will waive his fee to give young musicians a chance to get on stage when he tops the bill at the Conservative Club in Britannia Road on Saturday, February 12.
He performed in the village in August as part of the event Restoration, which included Huddersfield bands.
The sequel will see him supported by The Omega Syndicate, Daniel & Booth and Dancers of the Imaginarium.
