DOZENS of homes are planned for a village.
Ben Bailey Partnerships would like to build 48 houses at the former Britannia Mills site in Milnsbridge.
The development would include a mix of two and three-bedroom homes. There would also be 73 parking spaces at the 0.9 hectare site.
Kirklees Council’s Huddersfield Planning Sub-committee will rule on the proposal at its monthly meeting at Huddersfield Town Hall at 1pm on Thursday.
