A 19-YEAR-OLD is in a critical condition in hospital after being found in Thornton Lodge.
Police were called to Brook Street at 8.10pm last night after there were reports of a disturbance.
On arrival they found a man with serious head injuries.
He was taken to Huddersfield Royal Infirmary where his condition is described as "stable but critical".
Today, the scene remained sealed off by police for forensic examination.
