A 20-year-old man has been critically injured after the car he was travelling in came to rest on its roof on the inner ring road in Leeds.
The Ford Fiesta was travelling along the ring road towards Armley when it appears to have lost control coming out of the Park Lane tunnel and collided with a barrier before coming to rest on its roof, police said.
The driver, a 20-year-old Leeds man, suffered serious injuries including chest, back, leg and internal injuries.
He has been taken to Leeds General Infirmary where his injuries are considered life-threatening.
A 20-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of burglary, a spokeswoman added.
