TV football host Gabby Logan wants more children - despite the difficult birth of her twins.

The presenter - daughter of Huddersfield Town assistant manager Terry Yorath - has confessed she wants at least six children with her rugby union player husband Kenny.

And it's the sooner the better as far as she is concerned.

Gabby, 32, said: "We are already talking of having more because we want a really big family.

"I think we'd both like six kids, including another quite soon. I love being a mum.

"Kenny wants enough to start his own rugby team - or at least a back division."

Gabby, who hosts ITV1's Champions League football coverage, and her husband tried for a baby for three years before choosing IVF treatment.

But she feared death as she lost 40% of her blood in July after giving birth to twins Reuben and Lois.

Gabby had to be rushed to an operating theatre for surgery and a transfusion.

Surgeons gave her seven pints of blood to help her pull through.

Gabby said: "I wanted these babies for a long time.

"Work has never been my main reason for being. I've always wanted a family."

Kenny, 33, said: "I am surprised at how quickly I have taken to fatherhood.

"I think that with one baby fathers are more inclined to push their luck, going out and not pulling their weight.

"I haven't even been out with the boys yet. Gabby and I have been out once, which was lovely. It was like a first date again - until we had to rush home for the baby- sitter!"
