ALMONDBURY Gala promises fun for all the family.
The four tenants’ and residents’ associations in the village have joined forces to bring back the annual event.
The groups were frustrated with the lack of activities for the whole community to get involved in.
So they are bringing back the gala and hope hundreds of residents go to the fun event.
Activities will include bouncy castles, face-painting, a majorettes’ display and Punch and Judy.
There will also be merry-go-rounds and aromatherapy.
The gala is at the recreation grounds on Cemetery Walk from noon to 5pm on Saturday, August 16.
