A GANG robbed a girl as she walked to work in Edgerton.
The 17-year-old victim was walking along Mountjoy Road when she was attacked at 8.45am yesterday.
A young woman grabbed her from behind and pushed her to the ground.
A second girl grabbed the victim's bag from her shoulder.
As the victim tried to get the bag back a teenage boy kicked her in the stomach.
The gang took the girl's mobile phone from the bag, which they threw to the ground.
They ran off towards Marsh.
The women attackers were aged about 19 and had long dark hair worn in ponytails.
The first was of medium build and 5ft 7in tall. She wore dark jeans, a dark tracksuit top and black shoes.
The second woman was about 5ft 6in tall.
The male attacker was white, aged 17 to 19, 5ft 9in tall and of a large build.
He had short, dark messy hair and wore a black thigh-length coat, dark jeans and dark trainers.
