FLOCKTON youngsters Tom and Lisa Bentley have proved a dab hand in the garden.

The green-fingered pair from Barr Lane have taken over the family vegetable plot with their giant pumpkins.

The biggest has reached a whopping 64in in circumference - and it's still growing.

And mum Jane said: "There are two more on the plot and they could end up even bigger."

Tom, nine, and Lisa, 12, grew their first pumpkins last year but determined to produce a monster crop this year.

Jane said: "They have really looked after them and are very proud.

"The only thing is I don't know what to do with them when we harvest them. We don't like pumpkin, so I'm hoping someone will take them off our hands."
