GOOD luck lads!

That was the message from supporters as Town set off yesterday for today’s dream FA Cup game at Chelsea.

And they will be followed down the M1 by 6,200 fans determined to enjoy a day out at Stamford Bridge, home of the Premiership giants.

More than 40 coaches and hundreds of cars were today heading down the motorway in the biggest exodus of Town fans for years.

Andy Ritchie’s squad, meanwhile, were already in the capital, having left yesterday morning from the Galpharm Stadium.

They made their way by coach to Watford’s training grounds for an afternoon workout before relaxing at a hotel last night.

It is the second time in three seasons that the teams have met in the FA Cup at Stamford Bridge.

And, win or lose, the club can celebrate with a bumper windfall from their successful cup run.
