RESIDENTS are being urged to attend the Colne Valley Area Committee next Thursday.
It follows a meeting of PACT (Partners and Communities Together) which will look at community safety issues.
Clr Nicola Turner, who chairs the Area Committee, said: “We will be discussing community funding schemes and processes and showcasing some of the activities and events put on by our thriving local communities.
“Magistrates will give a presentation on the role of a magistrate, court procedures and sentencing and we will receive an update on the Golcar Town End regeneration scheme.”
The meeting is at Golcar Baptist Church, Chapel Lane, Golcar at 7pm.
