A MAN has appeared in court accused of dealing drugs.
Karl Binner, of Briestfield Road in Grange Moor, was before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday. He is alleged to have had in his possession 5.53 grams of MCAT, a class B drug, with intent to supply. The alleged offence took place on Zetland Street, Huddersfield town centre, on September 4 just before 1am. Binner, 20, gave no indication of plea. He will next appear before magistrates on February 17 when his case will be committed to crown court.
