How would Huddersfield cope without A & E?

That’s the question posed by Richard Sharp, of The Sharp Agency, and his scriptwriter Jo Richards who came up with the stunning idea of shots of the town but with the letters “A” and “E” missing.

The 60-second video has now become part of the #handsoffhri campaign and is getting rave reviews on social media.

Richard, creative director of the Colne Road-based agency, said: “I was brought up in Newsome and have spent a few hours in A & E at the Infirmary.

“What happens to the hospital is important to me.

“I saw the rally in St George’s Square which was amazing and knew we had to do something”.
