A MAN has appeared in court after breaching his bail conditions.
Gary Jackson, of Whitestone Lane in Hillhouse, is due before Huddersfield magistrates charged with two thefts.
His bail conditions were that he did not enter Huddersfield town centre, Beck Road retail park or Great Northern retail park.
Jackson, 23, was also ordered to comply with the Drugs Intervention Programme (DIP) and report to probation.
He was arrested after failing to attend a DIP appointment on January 16.
His solicitor Charles Ainley said that the missed appointment was a genuine error.
Magistrates agreed to re-admit Jackson to bail.
He will next appear before the court on January 31 for sentence.
