A SERIES of informal talks about the history of Greenhead Park are being staged.
The History Hours are organised by the Friends of Greenhead Park on the first Wednesday of each month from 12.30pm.
Today Chris Webb will be giving a talk on his oral history project: Greenhead Park Stories.
The talk will feature memories of the project and audience members will have the chance to share some of their own memories.
Anyone with photos, news clippings or other park memorabilia are welcome to bring them along to the meetings.
The free event takes place in the community room by the tennis courts.
