THE half-term holiday this week sees the return of a Victorian family activities gallery at Red House Museum, Gomersal.
Each day from today to Friday all the family can have hands-on experience of Victorian times with activities, crafts and games.
Visitors can make cards with scraps, write with a dip-pen, solve a mystery object quiz, make fairytale jigsaws and play with Victorian- style toys and games.
Museum officer, Helga Hughes said: "We had a similar gallery running during the school summer holidays and it was fantastically popular.
"Adults have as much fun as the children. The activities are entertaining and educational at the same time."
The event is from 11am to 4pm each day and is free.
Access to the gallery is by stairs only.
