EIGHTEEN rescue workers from Holme Valley joined the search for a missing 27-year-old man.
They spent hours combing undergrowth alongside the M62.
Concerns were raised for the safety of Morley man Richard Karl Pinder on Monday morning and Holme Valley Mountain Rescue Team were called to help West Yorkshire Police.
The search was conducted on Monday and rescue workers spent six hours searching woodland near junction 28 of the M62 at Morley.
The search was eventually called off at 9.15pm due to darkness.
Mr Pinder still remains missing.
He is described as white, 6ft tall, slim and of athletic build with reddish/ brown hair.
He was last seen wearing a black jumper and a blue Leeds United beanie hat and possibly a blue body warmer at 7.25am on Monday January 23, on Bantam Grove View, Morley.
West Yorkshire Police urge Mr Pinder, or anyone who knows where he is, to contact them on the non-emergency number 101.
