HOSPITAL staff have raised £600 in aid of a charity that helps people facing life-threatening illness.
A group of current and past staff at St Luke’s, based in Crosland Moor, raised the money at a reunion. The cash was presented to Dalton-based Kirkwood Hospice.
The group chose the charity because nearly everyone has been touched with cancer and a colleague recently died from the illness.
