CHEERLEADERS from Huddersfield have won national awards.
Huddersfield Town and Giants Cheerleaders combined their abilities to compete in the National Championships and they won a clutch of awards.
They came home with a 1st, a 2nd, two 3rds, two 4ths, 6th and 9th place prizes.
Teams had travelled to Northgate Arena in Chester from all over the UK, and the girls represented Huddersfield well, even winning the Level 5 stunt division the highest level in the UK.
The Huddersfield group are looking for young people from the area to join the squad.
