CHILDREN aged between five and 12 are invited to take part in a fun ‘Island Escape’ activity at Lindley or Huddersfield Library and Information Centres.

The events coincide with National Science and Engineering Week.

The children will be tasked with finding out how they can call for help and make their island escape.

Each activity investigates the different methods of communication as they fight for survival. The sessions take place on Saturday, March 12, between 2pm and 3pm at Huddersfield Children’s Library and on Tuesday, March 15, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm at Lindley Library and Information Centre.

No pre-booking is required for these free activities.
