Stunning vistas, amazing skies and fantastic views abound in and around Huddersfield. From the panorama offered from the top of Castle Hill to the quirky nooks and crannies in numerous woods around our town, there is always something worth taking a picture of.

For 2015's Huddersfield Examiner calendar we asked readers to share their favourite images of their area. We were overwhelmed with the response and received hundreds of pictures featuring all manner of Huddersfield sights.

We've broken them down into monthly galleries and we now you want you, our readers, to pick their favourite picture for each of 2015's 12 months.

Galleries and voting forms for January, February, March and April are already online for your perusal today.

To vote is simple, j ust click here and look through each of the stories at the galleries and simply select your favourite.

We'll collate the information and create a calendar from you pictures and your choices.

The calendar will be available for free to Examiner readers simply by collecting tokens in your favourite newspaper later this year.

If you miss out on collecting the tokens, the calendar will be available to buy for £6 with all profits going to charity.

Examiner Executive Editor Andrew Jackson said: "We get sent great pictures every week by Examiner readers who love us showcasing their work on the examiner.co.uk  website, so this year we thought we'd highlight their talents.

"Although we were confident about both the quality and numbers of pictures that would be submitted we have been delighted at the high standard of many of the photographs we have received.

"Rather than us simply judging the images we believe that giving readers the opportunity to have their say means it's a real 'community' effort and making sure that Examiner readers can get their hands on the calendar by simply collecting tokens in the paper is also a boost as we recognise that people are keeping an eye on their money these days.

"I'd urge you to go to examiner.co.uk/calendar2015 and take a look at the pictures and vote. There are some stunning photographs, so I'm glad I'm not the one having to make a decision on which ones will be in 2015's calendar!"
