A CHARITY single by the Huddersfield Giants is going on sale in HMV.
Giants players Andy Raleigh, Eorl Crabtree and Leroy Cudjoe joined forces with the Colne Valley Ladies Circle to record a song.
It is raising proceeds for the Huddersfield-based cancer charity the Laura Crane Trust.
And the single, a cover of Five’s Keep on Moving, will be launched at HMV in the Kingsgate on Saturday, July 23 at 1pm.
Kate Singleton of the Ladies Circle said: “We’ve raised £3,500 for the Laura Crane Trust so far and it’s also helped give them more limelight.
“We’re really pleased HMV in Huddersfield will be selling the single, it’s getting a prime position and it’s nice a big store will help us out.”
Signed singles will be available and the Colne Valley Ladies Circle will be there on the day.
They’re hoping a few Giants players will be able to join them too.
