A SWIMMING team is celebrating success.
Two teams of boys and girls from Huddersfield Grammar School entered the 17th English Schools’ Swimming Association Primary Teams’ Gala at Huddersfield Sports Centre.
The girls, Manasa Bade, Ella Brierley, Ealish Corkill and India Garside, won bronze in the Medley Relay and gold in the Freestyle Relay, securing a place in the last ESSA Primary Teams’ National Championships.
The year six girls will swim in The English Schools’ Swimming Association 17th Primary School Team Championships in June.
They were backed by Susan Cornish and Philip Morrison from the Luck Lane school.
