A MAN has been formally charged with murdering Huddersfield man Kim Driver.
Paul Kelly, 31, of Abbey Road, Fartown is accused of stabbing the 52-year-old to death at his Deighton home between July 10 and July 15, 2010.
Kelly appeared before a special sitting of Dewsbury Magistrates Court this morning and was remanded in custody.
He will next appear at Bradford Crown Court on July 20.
