A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Deighton man Kim Driver.

The body of Mr Driver, 52, was found covered in blood in his ground floor flat on Crawthorne Crescent on Wednesday evening.

Detectives from West Yorkshire Police's homicide and major enquiry team (HMET) have today arrested a 31-year-old Huddersfield man.

A post-mortem has also confirmed Mr Driver died from stab wounds.

A police spokeswoman said: "Detectives would still like to hear from anyone who saw Mr Driver after Saturday and anyone who can tell police why someone may want to harm this man."
