A MAN accused of threats to kill and witness intimidation has been further remanded in custody.

Duncan Geddes, 40, of New North Road, Huddersfield, appeared before Kirklees magistrates yesterday by video link from prison.

A bail application was turned down.

Geddes is charged with threats to kill on November 11, an assault in Market Street, Milnsbridge, on November 4 and two counts of witness intimidation on November 10 and 11.

He is also accused of breaching a non-molestation order between November 1 and 13.

The case, which will eventually be dealt with at Leeds Crown Court, was adjourned until December 13.
