A MAN has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in Huddersfield town centre.
Lexus Wakefield, 28, admitted the offence before District Judge Marie Mallon yesterday.
Linda Fowler, prosecuting, said that on December 29, police were called by a CCTV operator.
When officers arrived to Victoria Lane they found Wakefield staggering and bumping into people.
He was repeatedly asked to leave the town centre but was arrested when he refused.
Judge Mallon was told that Wakefield, of Richmond Flats, had been previously bound over to keep the peace and was now in breach of this.
Wakefield was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.
