Huddersfield Police Station’s public office has shut for refurbishment.
It means people wanting to see police officers will need to go to Huddersfield Civic Centre.
The office at the police headquarters in Albion Street closed today (Jan 7) and will re-open on March 5.
It is part of a larger refurbishment scheme involving the whole police headquarters.
A spokesman said: “Due to refurbishment the public enquiry office is closed and staff are working from Kirklees Council’s Customer Service Centre at Civic Centre 3 in Market Street”.
That office is open from 9am - 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays; 10am - 7pm on Thursdays; and 10am - 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
