HE’S been crying out for some new threads.
And now Huddersfield town crier Vic Watson, has a new suit – in Huddersfield Giant’s colours.
Vic, who has been Huddersfield Town Crier for over 11 years, received his new uniform at the end of last week.
His robes, including a jabot and cape, were supplied by Stagewear Unlimited, of Rotherham. They were paid for by Kirklees Council as part of their regeneration work.
His cavalier hat was supplied for free by Stage Door, of Bradford Road, Huddersfield, and finished off by Marie Flanagan couture millinery, of Lindley.
