THAI soccer bosses have been in town.
Huddersfield Town directors hosted a delegation from the Thai Premier League as part of the FA’s international development programme.
Thai Premier League president Worawi Makudi requested that a party from the nation’s top division be allowed to visit England to exchange best practice ideas.
They were welcomed to the Galpharm by Town chairman Dean Hoyle, chief executive Nigel Clibbens and directors Ann Hough and Sean Jarvis.
Mr Clibbens said: “We are proud of our achievements under Dean Hoyle over the past 12 months and it is a testament to everyone here at the club that the FA thought of us as a good example of ‘best practice’ and to showcase English football for the Thai delegation.”
