KIND-HEARTED football club staff rolled up their sleeves to help the seriously ill.
Huddersfield Town office workers gave up their time to volunteer at the Kirkwood Hospice, in Dalton.
A team of 10 people spent two mornings at the Dalton site to help the charity prepare for Christmas.
One team helped wrap presents for patients while another group worked outside to tidy up the grounds.
Town’s commercial director Sean Jarvis, one of the volunteers, said: “Huddersfield Town is at the heart of the community and it is vital that we help support organisations that rely on the work of volunteers.
“This is the second of a number of planned volunteering days that the club has been taking part in this season.”
The voluntary work comes after the club’s academy players also helped look after animals at the Ponderosa centre in Heckmondwike.
