HUNDREDS of people enjoyed canal tours at the weekend.

The Safe Anchor Trust allows people with special needs to enjoy the waterways.

The charity, which is based at Shepley Bridge Marina in Mirfield, held an open weekend – and hundreds turned up.

Around 500 people enjoyed 45-minute tours of the Calder and Hebble Navigation.
