A DRIVER walked away after crashing his van into two parked cars.
Police are now trying to trace the man who left the accident scene on Birkby Hall Road, Birkby, near its junction with Halifax Old Road at 11.35 last night.
His white Nissan Sunny van smashed into a Peugeot 206 and a Renault Clio.
The van - registration number M316 PNP - had tools in it and police believe it is an unregistered vehicle.
The driver is white, aged about 25, 5ft 7ins and slim with dark hair.
He wore a white top and dark trousers.
