AN inquest on a man killed in an accident at Fartown was expected to open today.

AN inquest on a man killed in an accident at Fartown was expected to open today.

Police named the victim as Marek Szajerski, who died after a collision with a car at the junction of Alder Street and Flint Street.

Mr Szajerski, 34, lived in Alder Street with his partner and worked as a textile spinner at a Huddersfield firm.

The accident happened last Friday evening.
