AN inquest has opened into the death of an 80-year-old Huddersfield woman. The body of Elfriede Maria Battye was discovered at her home in Roger Lane, Newsome, last Wednesday. There are no suspicious circumstances. The inquest, in Bradford, was adjourned for further tests to find the cause of death.
