A FORMER Huddersfield University music student is set to perform for an audience of celebrities.

Jason Warner, aka Jsky, will celebrate his 26th birthday in style with stars from hit shows including Hollyoaks, X Factor and Waterloo Road.

Jason, who has completed a music production degree course at the university, hit the headlines when he produced saucy Girls and Guys calendars featuring Huddersfield University students.

Since graduating, he has been chosen as resident blogger for TV channel E4 – bringing him into contact with celebrities such as singer Matt Cardle and Mario Falcone, of TV’s The Only Way is Essex.

Jason has also embarked on a music career and has modelled for Nike, Adidas, Reebok and Selfridges.

He is now features editor for Manchester-based free publication La Vida Magazine.

On Friday, he will stage his birthday party at Manchester’s exclusivemember-only VIP celebrity haunt The Circle Club.

He will also perform his new club track The Sound of Disco and his first single, I Need A Lover, which is produced by fellow Huddersfield DJ and events manager Ryan Blyth.

Celebrities due to attend include Hollyoaks stars Alice Barlow and Sarah Lawrence, Waterloo Road actors Reece Douglas and Will Rush, X Factor’s Marlon McKenzie and Big Brother contestants Louise Cliffe and Stuart Pilkington.

April promises to be a busy month for Jason. Among other things, he will be blogging live from Manchester Fashion Week, which runs from April 22 to 27.
