JOHN has worked in customer services at UCAS since 2007 and has gained a wealth of knowledge regarding all aspects of the UCAS application process.
In his current role as a Social Media Adviser, he is responsible for all their social media communications and has been involved in its continued development to ensure that they meet the needs of all their applicants. He has recently won won the CCA (Customer Contact Association) Excellence Award for ‘Most Effective Use of Social Media’.
