KING James’ School celebrated E safety week by holding a variety of events in school.

The national day aims to raise awareness about safe and responsible use of new technologies, especially among children and young people.

Assemblies were held with each year group, and there was a special focus on E Safety wherever possible in lessons.

There was also a T-shirt competition for all year groups with students being asked to design a logo and create a short slogan for E Safety week.

The winning student, Natalie Furlong, was presented with a printed version of her T-shirt and a prize from Palwinder Kang, the school’s head of Information and Computer Technology (ICT).
