Kirkwood Hospice benefits from Christmas fair

FUNDRAISERS from the Kirkheaton support group raised £638.90 for Dalton’s Kirkwood Hospice at their annual Christmas fair.

FUNDRAISERS from the Kirkheaton support group raised £638.90 for Dalton’s Kirkwood Hospice at their annual Christmas fair.

The event was staged at Kirkheaton Liberal Club and included stalls for home-made cakes, Christmas gifts and toys. A spokeswoman said: “The support group would like to thank all those who attended, considering the bad weather and Kirkheaton Liberal Club for the free use of their premises.”
