LAWYERS working for Kirklees Council are continuing to build their case against the Thandi Partnership in the Castle Hill hotel saga.
But they have warned that court action could still be months away.
The council was forced to start legal action against the Huddersfield-based partnership when it failed to keep to an enforcement notice requiring they demolish the half-built hotel by January 11.
Lockwood-based architects One 17 AD have taken over plans for a new development on the site on behalf of the Thandi brothers.
Mark Lee, of One 17 AD, said March 15 had been set as a new date for demolition to start.
