BIG Brother contestant Lesley Sanderson is suing a national newspaper over sex allegations.

Lawyers acting for the 20-year-old from Skelmanthorpe have filed writs relating to two articles published in the Daily Star on May 29 and June 12 last year.

They appeared under the headlines `Lesley's a Ton of Fun' and `Her dad caught us on the job'.

Top London solicitors Carter-Ruck are acting for the reality show entrant.

The writ was lodged in the High Court by Carter-Ruck partner Claire Gill.

She is also representing Lesley in an earlier case against the Sunday Sport newspaper.

Her firm has acted for a string of celebrities, including Sir Elton John and actor Ewan McGregor.

Lesley has had troubled times since being kicked out of the Channel 4 reality show in week two last year.

She said the show had ruined her life. Her £15,000 earnings were spent on partying, drugs and booze.

A further blow came in March this year, when lawyers decided they would not prosecute a man accused of raping Lesley in a Leeds hotel.
