A MAN has appeared in court accused of raping and threatening to kill his ex.
The 26-year-old, from Grimsby, was before Huddersfield magistrates yesterday. He is alleged to have raped the woman, the mother of his young child, at an address in Meltham.
He also faces two charges of attempted rape in July last year. Finally, it is alleged that he threatened to kill the woman.
Magistrates committed his case to Bradford Crown Court.
He will next appear there on January 12.
His bail condition is that he does not contact the complainant directly or indirectly.
