ZOE Lucker put in her best performance yet on Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend.
The Lindley actress and her dance partner James Jordan got 33 out of 40 from judges on the BBC1 programme on Saturday evening.
The Footballers’ Wives star performed the foxtrot wearing a floor-length white dress.
Judges were impressed with the couple’s efforts. Craig Revel Horwood described the dance as “gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous” while Alesha Dixon said: “I think you coped with it really well, Zoe. Once again you didn’t disappoint me.”
Zoe and James finished second on the night behind Anton Du Beke and Laila Rouass.
The leading couple, who were involved in a race row this week, scored 34.
Professional dancer Anton had reduced actress Laila to tears this week by saying she “looked like a P*ki” after she had put on fake tan.
He has since apologised to his dance partner, who is of Indian and Moroccan heritage.
Meanwhile, it was the end of the line for Loose Woman presenter Lynda Bellingham and her dance partner Darren Bennett.
The couple were voted off the show by the public following a dance-off with Coronation Street star Craig Kelly and Flavia Cacace.
