TWO Huddersfield pubs have come onto the market.
The leaseholds of both The Grey Horse at Birchencliffe and The Harp at Fartown are available for £49,000 each.
The Grey Horse features a lawned beer garden, customer parking and a restaurant with seating for 50.
The Harp has a catering kitchen, which is currently unused, offering scope to introduce food sales. Both pubs, which have three bedroom owners' accommodation, are on the books of property agency Davey & Co in Leeds.
Associate director Richard Aston, said: "Both pubs have been fairly priced and offer great potential."
