A WOMAN was banned from court after turning up apparently drunk.
Karen Schorah, of Horse Bank Drive in Lockwood, had been due before Kirklees magistrates on Wednesday.
She faces a charge of dishonestly using electricity.
However the Huddersfield bench was told that the 39-year-old had been refused entry to the building.
They heard that there were some concerns about her mental health and further information was needed.
Magistrates agreed to adjourn the case until June 7.
