A LONDON man is set to stand trial over charges of harassment at an address in Marsden.

Kurt Stallwood, of High Road, Whetstone, north London, faces three allegations.

He is accused of intimidating Stacey Murphy, a witness in court proceedings, by sending her a threatening email.

The 27-year-old is also charged with harassing Miss Murphy by making phone calls to her and sending her numerous texts and emails.

The alleged offences took place between January 1 and June 8 and again between April 5 and June 8 at an address in Lingards Terrace, Manchester Road, Marsden.

Stallwood, who was not present at Huddersfield magistrates yesterday, denies the allegations.

His trial is set to take place at Halifax Magistrates’ Court on November 30.

Stallwood’s bail conditions are not to contact Miss Murphy and not to enter Huddersfield.
