A GANG of masked thugs armed with a gun and a knife robbed women in Huddersfield.

Police in Huddersfield have renewed an appeal for witnesses to the attack – at a house at Hall Cross Road, in the Lowerhouses area.

A 34-year-old woman was at the house with friends on Wednesday February 25, when three men burst into the house. They were armed with a knife and a firearm and demanded cash and jewellery.

They stole jewellery, a laptop computer, games console and several other items.

No-one was injured but the women were terrified.

The first man was described as black, aged between 23 and 26, of slim build, around 5ft 7ins tall and was wearing a black hooded top and tracksuit bottoms.

The second is described as black and was wearing a royal blue Adidas hooded top with red symbols and a dark coloured jacket. He has curly eyelashes.

The third is described as being of mixed race with deep set eyes and bushy brows. He was of medium build and between 5ft 2ins and 5ft 4ins tall. All three wore black and white bandannas to cover their faces.
