DRIVERS should expect delays on the M62 this month.
The Highways Agency will carry out maintenance on the eastbound section of the motorway between Junction 22 at Rishworth Moor and Junction 23 at Outlane.
The works will take place on three nights between 9pm and 6am from Tuesday, August 28.
The eastbound carriageway will be closed for four miles from Junction 22, with traffic allowed to use the hard shoulder.
The westbound exit slip at Junction 22 will also be closed during the work – which includes resurfacing, new lining and stud renewal.
