HIGH winds forecast for tomorrow have forced the Highways Agency to halt roadworks planned for the M62.
They had planned to shut the motorway between Junction 27 Gildersome and Junction 28 Tingley tomorrow night from 8pm for a new signs gantry to be installed but that has now been postponed.
Some work will continue between Junction 25 at Brighouse and Junction 28 on gantries and drains, with lane closures.
The work should be finished by 6am Sunday.
