MARIE Curie Cancer Care has launched its biggest-ever Great Daffodil Appeal.
The charity provides free nursing, to give terminally ill people the choice of dying at home supported by their families.
It wants to make the 2007 appeal its most successful and this is the charity's biggest ever campaign to get volunteers in the West Yorkshire region to help them.
The charity is looking for people in West Yorkshire to take either 10 or 20 daffodils to give to family and friends in return for a donation.
A spokesman said: "Every £20 raised will provide an hour's care, making it possible for Marie Curie Nurses to carry on making a difference to West Yorkshire families coping with cancer."
