A MAN of 91 was hurt in a village road accident.
The pedestrian was injured when he was in collision with a Ford Escort on London Road, Norland, near its junction with Fall Lane, at 2pm yesterday.
He was taken to Calderdale Royal Hospital in Halifax, where his condition today was said to be satisfactory.
Police want to trace witnesses, especially the driver of a white or silver car - possibly a BMW - which travelled up London Road just before the accident.
